Salmon and spinach quiche

This quiche is the perfect winter dish. You can again mix up the vegetables to suit the season! It still has a rather large climate impact, but we will find a suitable replacement very soon!

Introduction

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the puffy patty in the oven for 15 min.

2. Shrink the spinach in a pot, by adding a bottom of water. Drain well. Mix with the eggs, cream, cheese and half of the salmon (shredded). Add salt and pepper to taste.

3. Add the breadcrumbs to the bottom of the puffy patty. Cover with the spinach mixture. Add the leftover salmon and bake for another 25 min. Enjoy!
