Steps

1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the sweet potato, the red onion, the balsamic vinegar, some olive oil and the salt and pepper in the oven. Mix thoroughly.
Grill the sweet potato for 25 minutes in the oven, until it is soft.

2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Bake the chick peas together with the cumin powder, chili powder and garlic powder until they are crunchy.

3. Mix the mayonaise, sesame oil, the chopped garlic clove and the lemon juice to make the dressing.

4. Place the lentils, sweet potato, chickpeas, spinach and avocado in a large bowl.
