Pear and chicory pie
This recipe works as a lunch or dinner! It is meant for four people, but if you eat it for dinner, we suggest to eat it with three people. It is a true winter dinner and the perfect mix of salt and sweet flavours.
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the pear and chicory in slices.
2. Bake the puffy patty for 10 minutes.
3. Bake the pear and chicory in a little bit of butter. Add the thyme and the lemon juice.
4. Add the pear and the chicory to the puffy patty. Crush the walnuts. Crumble the feta on top and add the walnuts. Add the honey. Bake for another 25 minutes. Enjoy!
