Mushroom garlic pasta
Mushroom lovers, unite! This meal is perfect for winter days and the garlic assures everyone remains at a COVID-proof distance.
1. Cut the garlic and the shallot. Add some olive oil to your skillet and glaze the onions.
2. Add the mushrooms and bake them for about 5 minutes.
