This oven dish is perfect for a weeknight! It requires little effort, just chopping everything up and placing it in the oven.

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Cut the potatoes and shallot in 3 cm pieces, chop the garlic and the tarragon.

2. Rub the chicken with pepper and salt and place in the oven with the potatoes, garlic, tarragon and shallot. Mix well and turn the chicken and potatoes after 20 minutes. Enjoy!

3. Place this in the oven during 40 minutes and cook the princess beans. Once they are cooked, run them over with cold water.
